Shamara is a member of Professional Photographers of America (PPA) and Twin Cities Professional Photographers Association (TCPPA), and has participated in juried print competitions and professional events throughout her career.
Her work has received recognition in professional print competitions, including portrait categories and themed contests. These experiences continue to inform a thoughtful, intentional approach to lighting, posing, and composite portrait work for individuals and teams.
